One of the best things that Dave's makes
I am a big fan of this mustard. It has a balance not often seen in hot sauces and condiments. It is a little sweet for my taste but that can be remedied.
First let me say that unlike some of Dave's other products this one does not include "hot pepper extract". Instead we get our heat from "Red Chili Peppers Mustard Seed Habanero Peppers and Paprika". In my opinion this adds flavor instead of just raw fire.
I has used this product (sometimes as an addition to other sauces) on swordfish inside of hamburger meat on assorted grilled sausages on deep fried chicken drummies on top of corned beef (with horseradish of course) and several other meats. I sometimes "kick-it-up-a-notch" by adding one of Dave's hot sauces that and a little vinegar will tame the sweetness. All in all a very good mustard. Four stars from me!
